How to access after-sales serviceUpdate:2016-07-12


Dear customer, thank you for choosing NEXTORCH® flashlight.

1.If this is your first time here, please register as follows:

1)Select the “SERVICE & SUPPORT” in the navigation bar, then click on “After-sales Registration” to enter register page.





2)Fill in the blanks, marked with triangle is required. If you need after-sales service, Please select “Yes”.




2.If you have already registered this product for after-sales service, proceed as follows:

Select the “SERVICE & SUPPORT” in the navigation bar, then click on “After-sales Registration” and choose “Login”. 



2)Find the product you need for after-sales service in the list of “Your registered product information” and click on “Check”





3)Select “Additional feedback” and complete your feedback in the box.  Select “After-sales service” and then select “Required” and submit.



Note:  if this is not the first time you have contacted after sale service, the procedure is the same.
